Bottle 250ml. @ home.

Clear light medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good to excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to light moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, light berliner weiss tart aroma. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and light to light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus - fruity tart ! birch sap ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO quit odd but okay ! [20111018]

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a snall white hed. Aroma is midl fruity, yeasty and slight citrusy. Crisp fruity, light mellow yeasty and mild citric. Mellow fruity and slight citric finish.

Bottle at Theis og Mette. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of hops and grass with notes of spices and pine needles. Fruity flavour of caramel and hops with notes of grass. Hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle at home - Tasting. Cloudy yellow/golden - white head. Fruity, bubblegum, light banana, light spicy,

750ml bottle-Thanks jtclockwork for sharing-pours a foamy white head and hazy pale yellow/straw color. Aroma is dryish grain, lemon/lime. Taste is dryish grain, lime/spice hops.

Bottle, bought @ Voldby Købmandsgård. Pours pale clear golden with a small, frothy white head. Aroma has citrus, sweet wheat, light vinious. Highish carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is kinda sweet, not as grainy as some wheat beers, citrus, a bit of elderflower. Drinkable.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain, spice and yeast. Dry grainy flavour with a spicy touch. A bit dusty and yeasty

Bottle, 6%. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, orange peel and yeast. Flavour is malt, wheat, medium sweet, spices, yeast, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle from Voldby. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is light spicy with notes of fruit and some flowers. The flavour is quite vague with notes of malt, light fruit and some flowery notes.
