Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet and wheaty with a mellow sourness. Aromas of banana, citric hops and grass. Light bodied. Medium to high carbonation.

Bottle from Asao. Lemony nose, with honey, sweet orange, light spice from the buckwheat. Somewhat tangy as well. Cloudy gold with a tall, fine head. Sweet, thick, rich. Grains and honey, with sweet orange and nicely bitter finish that is a bit spicy and peppery. Nicely tart as well. Body is quite heavy and full. Rather nice, really.

Bottle: Medium airy white head on top of a light cloudy yellow colored beer. Smell wheat, hops, malts, grains, citrus, yeast and light light sour. Taste fruits, apples, citrus, hint of orange and white grapes, yeast, hops, light spicy and light sour. Fruity bitter aftertaste. Lively carbo, tingly (light sharp) mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture.

Starts of a bit sweet and cider-like, the finish adds some bitter and sourness. Light to medium on the palate. Aroma of citrus and other fruits, and particularity cider. Golden colour, a considerable white head. (33 cl bottle)

Light yellow and hazy, has tiny particles. Sweet, fruity, hoppy aroma, some odd malt too. Flavor starts sweeet, then a light acid note, then bitter and dry, nice. Dry, watery texture and lively carbonation.

Clear light medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good to excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to light moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, light berliner weiss tart aroma. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and light to light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus - fruity tart ! birch sap ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO quit odd but okay ! [20111018]
