Bottle, 2010-01-17, Göteborg Good thx that they have change the lable! AR: begisch yeast, pear ice cream (päron split AP: apple purée (cloudy), wee diminshing white head F: same yeast as above, apple and peery tones, dry and sharp finish a bit odd ie not an ordinary beverage - you like or you disslike, I like! Sediment: as the rest but a bit more sour, still drinkable but would not add anything to the beer shaken in....

Biological, white spelt beer. 0,33L 5%. clear, white, with a touch of yellow, high white foam. Aroma of citrus, floral, tropical, banana, . medium sweetness, lightly bitter, heavily sour, medium body, thin feel, oily feel, lively,. This beer reminds me of white wine.

250 ml, bottle brought by Rune to the second beer session in Tårnrommet 13.01.09. Hazy with white head. Aroma of fruits and flowers. Sweet flavour of banana, peach, a hint of citrus and yeast.

Pale golden with white head, hints of yeast in the aroma, and has sediments in the bottle that adds a yeasty flavor, olso citrus in the flavor - nice bitterness - nice beer

29.08.2009, 0,25l Bottle. "Leireken Witte spelt Blanche D’epeautre". Bio-beer. Vinmonopolet Laksevåg, Bergen. Hazy yellow colour with a very big white head. Aroma is wheat malt (or spelt?) with citrus, banana and flower-like hops. Very pleasent smoothe nice taste. A little dry in aftertaste. I think this one is very good!

Bottle at Bar & cigar, Oslo. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of citrus and spices. Fruity flavour of citrus and spices. Citric and spicy finish. Well balanced.
