25 cl. bottle @ Bier Central // nice bottle & label, quite like it, the beer on the other hand is pretty terrible // pale golden with a patchy white head // smells like lemon cleaning agents, freaking bad lemonade and alternative grains, spelt I assume, bad as well is sugar and yeast or something // taste is disturbing, feels like I am drinking some cleaning agent, terrible alternative grains, incredibly chemical lemon, it is sweet as well, spices, corn, floral, yeast and some acid in the back // body is supposed to be light but not like an enjoyable way because of the taste, you know. bit less carb. // remainder was drank with tobasco, cut the taste somewhat and made it lightly spicy, too spicy to drink for some but more manageable for me // it is bad

I like the use of special grains, and spelt never really dissappoints. Slightly sweet, nice palate and pale yellow and cloudy. Bottle from De Schans.

#1240 Ein wässrig, plörriges Wit mit hefiger Säuerlichkeit. Kaum Würze, wenig Hopfe. Da hilft auch die Bio Attitüde nicht. Arm!

Very sweet taste, some bitterness is hardly let through at all. A bit thin on the palate, lively carbonation. Very sweet smell, caramel and fruits like banana is in there. Clear golden colour, white head. (Bottle)

Countbeer (2920) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - AUG 5, 2011
Bottle: Big airy white head on top of a light cloudy yellow colored beer. Smell is like white wine with some hints of wheat, herbs and a light hint of something light sour. Taste is a refreshing mix of wheat, grains, yeast, hint of bacteria, light fruity, citrus, white grapes and hint of green apples. A bit like fruity white wine with quite a sour touch to it. Aftertaste of white grapes/white wine and some light yeasty sourness. Low carbo, tingly lively but pretty soft mouthfeel, more than a medium body and a light watery/light creamy texture. Nice beer.

Small soft bubbles form the white head of this beer. Beer tastes like the head. Fine beer for a nice warm day in the spring.
