bottle. Slighty hazy, large head. Fruity nose. Has somehow a top-fermented feel. A very nice one.

Light amber colour. More of a toasty character with a light caramel accent. Clean, caramelly with a woody dry finish.

Beershine (4766) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 23, 2009
Draft @ Die Frankisches Bierfest 09. Bright golden. Hard to pull the mild aroma, but it’s got slight citrus notes. Mild carbonation. Pretty sweet and malty, with lots of fruit. Nothing special but not bad at all.

Bottle: Golden, lazy carbonation with a small, quickly vanishing fluffy head; clean bisquity-grainy nose with almonds and a tinge of alcohol in the background; smooth and medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; some traces of aromatic hops in the moderate sweet-bitter finish. Good stuff, well quaffable........

(33cl bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet bready, pale malty aroma with a touch of butter and citrus. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Bready malty taste with hints of honey and a touch of barnyard; medium-dry, sweet and faint bitter malt-accented finish with little hops-character. Hearty Festbier (05.X.08).
