Bottled 0.5l at OPP 28.11.2009. Mild nose. Pale head. Golden colour. Roasty and malty dryish taste. Also slight metallic taste. Some hoppy bitterness at the end. Not very Xmas like.

Hellmalziger Antrunk mit einer sich ankündigen Note, die recht eigen wirkt. Mild muffig hopfig, hellmalzig und wenig süß ist diese Note, später ausgeprägter. Leider wirkt diese Note wie ein deutlicher Fehlton. Zum Ende wenig herb, wässrig, die Note ist füllend. Puh... Danke an wastl für das Bier! 8/5/4/4/8/4

Pleasant lagery aroma - full malts. Retronasals slightly gingery. Crisp carbonation. No real high points, but a very solid lager.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Golden colour with mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is bready malts, some grassyness and also a bit sweet to it. Flavour is bready malts, some mild fruityness and ends in a rather dry grasyness. Mild toffeeish notes in the finish as well.

(Bottle at OPP German weeks ’09) Poured golden and clear with medium sized and white head. Aroma was grassy with malty notes. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tasted of malts, grass, fruitiness, bitterness and hops. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter.

bottle, traed with wastl from BTO. Clear golden yellow colour, large white head. Malty nose. Malty, slightly hoppy with hints of marzipane. Slightly grainy. A well balanced and nice christmas beer.
