Bottle. Golden coloured, hazy with some UFOs, big persistent creamy off-white head. Almost sharp sourish fruity nose with a grainy-sweetish background. Moderate sweetish-bitter flavour with a light acidity, nevertheless creamy MF and soft body. Short sourish-fruity finish with barley and hops coming quite late. Possibly infected, not too bad..........

500ml bottle (OPP, Helsinki. German Weeks 2009)
Eggy farty aroma. Pretty similar taste. Reminds me of vegetarian omelette. Fairly full-bodied, but really not very good.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, hpos, some wheat and also mild herbal notes. Flavour is rather much the same. Not very much in either, but very wellbalanced and refreshing brew, wich I really enjoyed.

(BBE 12/08) Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance. Little white head. Lemon dominates this aroma with grains. Thin to medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is even more lemony with sour tone, aftertaste dries. Lemon lasts in aftertaste. Well, rather poor one.

(bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a huge and dense cream-coloured foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet malty aroma with light citrus-fruity notes, a distinctive touch of barnyard and a delicate herbal hoppy blend. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a very smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Quite dry, yeasty and (cara-)malty taste with subtle fruity notes and a light to moderate herbal hoppy touch towards the end. Easy quaffer with rural side effects. Nice (08.X.08).

Bottle. I found this to be quite fruity, yet dry. Some peach/pear fruit, with a nice lightly bitter grassy hop finish. Pretty decent.

bottled. hazy golden, porridge aroma, quite dull and grainy, light tinny bitterness, none of the fruitiness expected of a zwick’l
