COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Refreshing fragrances of mango and grape- fruit, with hints of pine. Caressing the palate. The dominant bitterness is backed by the malt body’s strong notes of caramel and bread crust. Hop aromas balance out the bitterness on the pallet. Besides the exotic fruity notes, resinous tones gain more prominence. The mouthfeel is juicy and cooling. Long bitter-grapefruity nale. Hoppy-aromatic, fruity-bitter, intense.

Tap @ Lemke, Berlin 2016. Huj-huj!

on tap @ Naiv / Frankfurt Germany --- Aroma of malt overlaid with hops. Clear medium / dark amber, ivory head cover, sheets of lace. Taste is malt that adds funky hops just after the swallow. My son says, "It tastes fine." I say it tastes like cabbage. No more for me.

Pours a coppery orange color with a one finger sized, froth head. Smells of flowery citrus, orange and a hint of passion fruit, entangled into grass. Has a very soft mouthfeel with a lighter body, while its upcoming dryness during the finish gets overpowered by toffee malts and a overly lively carbonation. Tastes of cakey malts, a hint of leaves together with a lemon peak, followed up by toffee. Has a rock sugar peak to it, with no hops to speak of at all, only during the finish a most faint dryness becomes recognizable, adding a little depth to the malts. Boring, overly malty and sweet, uneventfull with the hops just being a gimmick.

from Bier-Bienne - translucid bronze beer with a poor head retention; chewy and perfumy hoppy aroma of quince marmalade; light sticky palate, solid yet subtle carbonation; quite bitter and dry; the finish is resiney with more notes of quince and berries marmalade - a bit too bubblegum-like
