Malty aroma of hay, caramel, bread, grass and hops.

Draught at Lemke Berlin. Clear golden - white head. Grainy. Sweetness. Nutty. Light cardboard. Toasted. Light alcoholic. Corn. Fusel. Caramel. Wierd guldøl !!!

Draft @ Lemke, Mitte.
Cuivre, blanche.
Bière maltée avec des notes de houblon et citron. Herbacée et fruitée allant sur pamplemousse et orange. Le tout fini sur un profile houblonné qui est agréable et se mélange bien aux notes de caramel.

Draught. Cloudy brown with a medium head. Aroma is sweet fruit. Very smooth with low carbonation. Caramel notes with a nice level hops in the finish. Slightly bitter finish but not lingering.

100ml Bierprobe vom Fass at the brew pub near the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station. Clear copper coloured body with a deep reddish tint. Patchy surface. Firm smell of mid-sweet malts. Hints of dried fruits on top of a caramel malty base. Very smooth and fresh. I did not ask for the alcohol strength, but about 5%, I would guess. My best of the four beers at the Brauhaus (Berlin, 23.11.2009).
