Tap @ the brewpub. Aroma of slighly roasted malts (coffee, chocolate, caramel), slightly smoked. Hazy, amber coloured with a thin, off-white head. Taste is sweet, roasted malts (caramel, chocolate and some coffee) and some smoke. Bit thin body.

Draft @ the brewpub. Poured a clear, dark amber with a small yellow/off-white head. Malty, spicy aroma. Flavour is bitter, sweet and malty. Floating notes of caramel, licorice and chocolate. Sweetish. Notes of grass as well, and hops appear as it warms. Finish is hoppy and dryish with slight notes of caramel. A bit watery. 15-08-06.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark/red colour with a nice creamy head. Light aroma of malt and some touch of roastedness. Light flavour of roastedness, chocolate and quite fruity. Nothing overwelming but okey.

Draught at the brewpub. Deep brown coloured. Roasty and malty. Slightly sweet malty flavour with some chocolate notes. Soft mouthfeel.

Another dark german dunkel/schwarz. Rich dark malt. Almost gritty aftertaste. They like their beers strong , don’t they

Brown colour. Light roasty nose with an appley tone. Smooth, oily body. Light roasty, appley flavour with vague notes of chocolate. Slight grassy with coffee hints. Light bitter in finish along with a caramelly touch.

Hazy amber. Malt nose with tiny notes of strawberry jam. Grassy flavour with notes of tobacco. Well hopped, kind of IPA-like. Rounded mouthfeel and a long finish. Nice bitterness.

Dark amber color. Aroma of malt, hop, nuts. Round mouthfeel, but poor taste, just some caramel. Correct bitterness.

Draught. Nice hoppy aroma. Cloudy brown colour with creamy head. Tastes a bit like their Festbier. Only this is a little watery. Flavour has some aromatic hoppiness.

on tap at the brewpub on a sunny autumn afternoon. a bt puzzled as to what style this is, thought it might be a vienna. copper colour with a honey aroma and strange spiciness
