Somewhat hazy straw colured. Nice hopy aroma with the right lager tell tales and no boiled vegetables. The taste is clean dry and crisp exactly what you expect from a high quality pilsner. I would definitely drink more of this excellent product.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, small head. Lovely grassy hop aroma. Very dry and crisp, yet firm in the mouth. Very drinkable with a long bitter finish. Refreshing and well made There’s nothing like a feshly brewed quality pilsener!

Comments: Soft cerealic maltiness. Limited bitterness. Honeyed, fruity palate with hay-like tones and soft carbonation.

Draught at the brauhaus. A golden beer with a big white head. The aroma is malty, grassy and of hay, the taste is light sweet malty, dry hay and straw. Medium body with a hoppy finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour. Semi-stable white head. The flavour is dusty and slightly sweet. Very nice aroma hoppiness. Good bitterness, quite malty. Very good.

One of the beers I sampled at Brauhaus Lemke. I enjoyed it because it had a smooth flavor. However, it’s not something I can’t live without. Good, not great.

Tap at Lemkes brewpub Mitte, march 07. Some grassy hops and yeasty aroma. Beatifull, clean, golden color with a nice, creamy white head. Taste is very neutral, balanced, some slightly nutty malts and a gentle bitter touch at the end. Mild. MF is medium, drinkable but a bit too heavy. A nice session helles, but not much more.

Slightly cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is weak, a little soapy with some staleish sweet malt and some herbal hops. The body is quite thin and still has some of the soapiness. Other than that there is some skunky malt. The bitterness is very low. Not great compared to the other Lemke beers.

A flakey poor pils. Actually had somewhat of a bad aroma that put me off from the very beginning.

Tap @ the brewpub. Aroma of fresh, floral hops. Clear, golden coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is hopbitter, "leicht" (according to my notes from 10 days ago). Watery body.
