A lot of carbonation produces a huge head that I have to let settle for some time; cloudy blond color. Nice, different aroma: wheat, herbs, sweet oranges and mix of citrus fruits, perfume, flowers, and in the end even honey. The flavor is less interesting; most the carbonation being gone now, the mouthfeel is soft; there is light Wheat beer character, but most of all the yeast and alcohol presence of a kit-homebrew, and vegetables. The yeast is too disturbing (even after letting the bottle to settle for 1 week). Not very good.

bottle from Biergarten 2010 in Granges-près-Marnand - pours a cloudy bright orange colour with a modest head retention; very estery aroma with notes of citrus, banana and hints of corn and hay in the background; full-bodied and slightly sticky, the sweetness is dominated by a solid acidic tartness and a robust carbonation; long fruity finish with a residual sweetness and a lingering acidity - robust and with plenty of character
