Courtesy of Philippe (Bov), 8% ABV, bottled 2010.05.13, tasted 2 months later
Cloudy amber color; this one as well has quite high carbonation and generous head. Pleasant aroma, hoppy and perfumy, a bit fruity, but also lightly cheesy, and yeasty. Caramel flavor, dry; sharp bitterness; but there is a metallic touch, and some yeast presence. The bitterness level in the final is too elevated. Uncontrolled; it has some elements of a homebrew.

omhper (15966) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JAN 9, 2011
Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy brownish amber, minimal head. Sweaty carame aroma with some lemon. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Slightly sourish with notes of pine and dishwater/lemon. Fairly low bitterness. Interesting flavours, but some get lost in what seems like a mild infection.

Bov (7364) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 26, 2010
bottle from Biergarten 2010 in Granges-près-Marnand - cloudy copper-amber colour with a little long lasting pale beige foam; nice lacework; decently hoppy aroma with notes of quince marmalade and resin; full-bodied and with a slightly sticky palate, some astringency and a fair bitterness; long flowery hoppy finish with fruity notes - very good beer again from this brewery
