Backlog. Tried it bottled. Just your standard mass-produced lager. Nothing to get excited about.

This was my third beer experience in thailand.. I used to drink chang, but after tasting leo i am loving this beer.. i got a lot of taste to it, i am getting more and more fond of this beer.. If you are a tourist it may take some time getting used to it. Most tourists in thailand drink singha, but this is a lot better

This ones not trying to do too much. It is just a bee. It won't offend you no matter what food you drink it with. It's a perfect visitors beer when you consider it's price.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear golden beer, low carbonation head almost absent, shy malt aromas are felt, light in palate, seriously there is not too much flavor in this beer, and the end is extremely watery, the worst Thai beer I have tried so far.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can to glass. Very light beer that is a solid and consistent choice in Thailand. A pretty muted experience overall that’s on the same level as a lot of US cheap lagers. There are lots of better options even if light lagers are your forté.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
5.0% ABV poured from a can in Thailand.
Aroma is slightly grainy with a light corn note. No diacetyl or hop aroma and no esters either. Light sulfur character. Very muted aroma.
Pours a clear pale yellow gold with a big, fairly thin white head that recedes fairly quickly. Faint lacing and no legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with a low corn and grain character. Some moderate adjunct character, but more corn syrup than corn. Low bitterness and only some slight hop character. Some diacetyl in the flavor and light sulfur. Not really any noticeable esters.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall a pretty boring beer without much character. The diacetyl doesn't help and because there isn't much flavor the diacetyl isn't hidden. The adjunct character is fairly strong as well. Pretty bland.

Sampled in a can while in Chiang Mai. A nice refreshing brew that is mildly malty. Good on the palate.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Brown btl 330ml 5%abv, thanks2 Rune.
Head: White, dimishing.
Body: Straw golden.
Scents: Yellow apples, grass, mild sweet malts.
Taste: Sweet malts, apple marmalade, grains.
To palate: Mild sweet slippery.
Ending: Caramel, bread.
Overall: Sweet macro lager, lacks some influence from hops,
but anyway a better thai lager among other wide distributed brands therefrom.
Enjoyed at new years day, shared with my beautiful Frau Anna.
