Egon (301), Gothenburg, Sweden Dec 16, 2006 Can. Very pale and clear with a white head. Doesn’t tastes much, maybe some grass. Very low key like other lagers from southeast Asia. Short aftertaste.
faroeviking (4124), Faroese Beer Republic union of, Denmark May 21, 2008 33 cl. botella, 5 % alc. by vol. Filled 290308. "Smooth and great Taste". Pours a clear weak golden colour with a medium quite short lasting white head. Aroma of grains, some grass and malt. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour has grains, a mild bitterness and a little maltiness. Dry finish. Simple pale lager and not really that aroi but still khorb koon krub hermano for bringing me this. jcr (823), Jasper, Indiana, USA Dec 21, 2007 Bottle. The preferred temperature to drink this is very, very cold and served over ice. Not bad for a hot, muggy Thai day. But then there isn’t much flavor to it when it’s drunk that way. Light yellow with white head. Sweet aroma with hints of grain and vegetable. The flavor is moderately malty sweet and only slightly bitter. Sweet/canned corn finish. Better drunk cold. tenghave (402), Taastrup, Denmark Dec 13, 2007 Fyraftensøl (33 cl. flaske).
Lots of small, floating particles, though (a bit like dust). Sweetish, corny-ricey-malty aroma with some skunky bitterness. Honey-corny-malty flavor with mild acidity and low bitterness. Somewhat light-bodied, but not watery palate with high carbonation. A quite clean and drinkable lager, but nothing interesting here. Theis (2019), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 11, 2007 Can (330ml) - we are back in Phnom Penh after a couple of days in Sihanoukville. Clear yellow - white head. Cardboard, white bread, egg, citrus, clean but justplain boring.
