Commercial Description: Radler is the German word for bicyclist, and it refers to a half and half mixture of lemonade and Leopold's Helles beer. It is traditionally consumed in the middle of the summer when riders are too dehydrated to safely enjoy an entire glass of hefeweizen. The lemonade slacks the thirst, and the reduction in alcohol allows the bikers to have several glasses without becoming delirious. The Radler is meant to be enjoyed at the long tables in our beer garden
I just don’t see this as a good idea. Maybe if I were cycling ... The bottomline is that the stuff tastes like a very weak beer laced with lemon Pledge. They could probably use it to shine up those long wooden tables.
