Draught@Black Door (spring 2008). Pale golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild notes of other fruits. Flavour is apples with some slight white winelike notes. Quite dry palate.

Draught at Black Door, Helsinki. Sparkling and almost colorless apperance with a golden hue. Sweetish pear aroma. The taste is surprisingly rich after such a pale color and mild aroma. The flavor is vinous and sweet with notes of apple, pear and some fruity twist which is hard to describe. This cider is made in very small quatities from a finnish apple cultivar Lepaan Liereä.
