Bottle at ZBF08. Quite grainy aroma, not unpleasant though. Clear yellow colour. Small lacy white head. Thin mouthfeel. Grainy, bready flavour, then some hoppiness, slightly sour. Ending on a bready note again.

Bottle, 25 cl. Clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma sweet malts, bit yeast, light spice, and mild hops. Watery body. Taste very grainy and a bit hops with a little spice aftertaste. Not so sweet as the most table beers.

Bottle (ZBF2008). Pale yellow, fluffy head. Very malty aroma. Sweet malty taste, drying hops too. Bready and grainy. Not bad for an LA.

ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a collapsing white head. Hoppy and dry aroma, pilsner like. Flavour is dry, light grassy and with a solid bitterness. Ends dry and subdued fruit note from the hops. Low alcohol bock, that’s a unique one!
