Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Yellowish golden with a small white head. Aroma is grains, cereals, bready malts as well as some hay. Flavour is being quite much the same with some grassyness kicking in the finish (along with the breadyness).

Looks like a pilsner, sweet malts in the nose. Sweet, acidic flavour. But the sweetness is not overwhelming. Pretty good for a low alcohol. (Bottle 25cl)

Bottle at ZBF08. Quite grainy aroma, not unpleasant though. Clear yellow colour. Small lacy white head. Thin mouthfeel. Grainy, bready flavour, then some hoppiness, slightly sour. Ending on a bready note again.

ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a collapsing white head. Hoppy and dry aroma, pilsner like. Flavour is dry, light grassy and with a solid bitterness. Ends dry and subdued fruit note from the hops. Low alcohol bock, that’s a unique one!
