Bottle from Vinmonopolet CC Vest enjoyed at home
Starts off as a slow gusher. Pours orange hazy with a big offwhite head. Smell of spicy rye, fruity yeast esters, clove and malts. Moderate sweet, super fruity, spicy, complex, some rye that shines from the rest of the malt base. Moderate bitter. Not much to say really; a fantastic rye saison from Lervig
