Betty Brown er tørre ganers våte drøm - et mørkt, rødbrunt øl med innslag av sjokolade, nøtter og karamell. Perfekt for innekos når sommerregnet pøser ned.

This is my 100th raiting, so im quite stoked! I bought this brown ale at ICA Stakkevollan, Tromsø. Pours a dark amber body with a beige head. The head is fluffy at first, but disappear relatively quickly. Aroma of coffee, caramel and bread. Taste is smooth with some sweetness at the end. I must admit that this is not a bad brown ale, since it was bought at the supermarked.

Bottle @ The Other Room, London - UK. Color: clear brown beer with no carbonation and small brown ivory head. Smell: malt and caramel. Roasted malt and some raisin finish. Taste: light body with roasted malt and caramel. Raisin notes. Good attenuation, small lack of body. Aftertaste: good grassy finish. Nice bitterness... Except the lack of body it’s a nice beer.

330ml bottle from Bottle Bank, Falmouth. Pours deep brown with light nutty malty aroma. Taste is fairly weak with a moderate malty taste, some mild forest floor and faint coffee. Accessible but nothing to write home about.

nutty and good. Head was okey, had on bottle at home. Good flavour. I personally like higher ABV and a thicker/richer head.
