Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, thin, malty, malt extract. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a lazng tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes caramel, malt, and fruits, leading to a dry finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Nutty aroma but also some manure. Medium body, roast and nuts, again a little farty, dry roasty bitterness. 251211

Draught@SBWF2011. Brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is grains, some slight floral notes as well as mild wood and some caramel. Flavour is quite similar with a slight sourish bitterness to it.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear dark brown, smakl head. Metallic and grainy. Sweetish and rock hard with light-medium body. Some roastiness and caramel, light resiny bitterness. Too hard and lacking drinkability.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear amber with a small creamy white head. A bit of nuts, caramel and earth. Medium bodied. Short and dry end.
