330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABv is 6.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of catty and fruity hops (grapefruit, tropical fruits). The flavour is distinctly hoppy with a solid bitterness throughout. Quite dry. Decent enough, but as with many other single hop beers I’ve tried, it becomes too one-dimensional. Galaxy is a good hop variety, but is probably even better when combined with other varieties, for more complexity. Very bitter aftertaste.

Near clear golden amber body, off white modest head on. Sticky lacing. Aroma; hops, citrus, resin, dough, fresh strong malts, sweaty toe, more dough. Taste; resin, hops, wood, citrus, dry dusty sour apricot (or all those fruits the brewery mentions), roasted ashy malts. Moves towards a well lingering finish with ashy malts and dry hops. Well bodied. Herbal enough. Okay. [33cl brown bottle, abv6.5%, BB29.01.15, B@Vinmonopolet]
