Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours absolutely pitch black. Aroma is dark coffee, chocolate and roasted malts. Mouthfeel is quite creamy and rich. Flavour is, well.. these malts are roasted, so is the coffee btw. A very good imperial stout!

Riktigt fin stout med ffa chokladtoner. Ganska söt och med en frisk syrlig eftersmak. Behaglig beska som inte tar över och fina brända kaffetoner. Finfint! 4

Smaker brent malt, sjokolade ,kaffe ,aske,lakris. Lite alkoholsmak til å være over 10%. Em god mørk øl

On tap at Animal. Black colour with a good initial formation os a beige head that quickly dissapears. Aroma is light hoppy, toasted malts and coffee. Flavor has a strong presence of dark coffee, toasted malts, medium bitterness and licorice traces. Dense on palate. Carbonation is low to medium. Body is medium. Hard to drink at the end, perhaps due to the high quantity of beer drank before... Any way recommended.

Bottle. Jet black, beige head. Slight sour aroma, some coffee and roast. Thick flavor, full roasted. Quite nice, nothing too special in my opinion.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with medium to big, thick tan head. Really compact head with nice lacing. Aroma of coffee, dark fruit, light smoke, oats, chocolate, pine, herbs, biscuit and some light ash. Taste is light to medium sweet with medium bitterness and notes of caramel, coffee, raw sugar, smoke, minerals and bitter chocolate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Tasty and really good looking.

Bottle @ tasting. Deep black pour, thin tan head. Aroma is a bit murky, spicy but disturbingly with some rotting meat. Flavor is quite roasted, ashy, dark malts, but also still a bit disturbing. Has potential, but something is definitely wrong.

Bottle @ mr. Hangover tasting. Aroma is smoky yeast, some spice. Flavour is creamy malt, liquorice, soy sauce, yeast and molasses. All quite murky and dusty with a touch of rotting leaves. Weird beer.

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Black with dense beige head. Dark chocolate and salmiak roasted malt aroma, some gunpowder, Full bodied, soft carbonation. Dry with a bit salty bitterness.

Líquido denso y negro como el petróleo y espuma marrón oscura. Excelente cerveza. No se nota mucho en el sabor la cantidad de alcohol que tiene.
