Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, light to moderate hoppy, dark citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Draft. A brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of soy sauce and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish.

From tap. Pours dark brown and toasted malty. Dark roasted and slight metallic to bloody. Bitter and dark roasted malty flavoured. Dark roasted malty and breadish, slight sweet. Light liqourice.

On tap. pours pitch black with a lacing beige head. Sweet roast with some dark fruitiness involved. Solid body, heavy burned roast but loads of sweet dark fruitiness too. A little phenollic? Malt bitter finish while the alcohol is fairly downplayed. A straight and very solid Imperial Stout. 260511

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Quite much pitch black colour, with a small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some chocolate, mild roasted notes as well as some slight fruity bitterness as well. Flavour is being rather similar in a nice balance. Nice slow sipping beer.

Draught at Ølfestival København 2011. Dark brown to black, no head. Oily and roasty. Sweet and full bodied with clean mouthfeel. Hard and oily, tarry and rather harsh. Long salty bitterness. More bold than flavourful.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocoalte and coffee aroma. Roasted malty coffee and chocoalte flavor with weak hints of vanilla. has a roasted malty chocoalte and coffee finish.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours black with a creamy head and lacings. Roast, liquorice, coffee and fruit. Smooth and full bodied. A bit of warmth. Very nice.

Draught, KØ11. Mildly roasted aroma, hint of grassy hops. Black colour. Small stable dark brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted, has a little sweet liquorice.
