Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, burnt caramel, caramelized malt. light alcohol, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

330 ml bottle. Clear, deep reddish body with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild caramel, light roasted malt and dry fruit. Flavor is smooth caramel malt, moderate bitterness and dry fruit. Easy to drink, quite straight forward Christmas beer. Well made but not to exiting.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish malty. Toasted, malty, fruity and light yeasty. Bitter, light citric and crisp hoppy flavoured.

Bottle, 6.8%. Good roasted aroma. Almost clear dark red brownc olour. Small off-white head. The flavour is nicely sweet, not too much. Caramelly sweetness, some brown sugar. Good spicy flavour as well, seems to come from hops and sugar rather than spices.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours amber with tiny impurities and an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with subtle spices. Medium body, burned caramel, yeast and again a discreet spiciness. No real bitterness. Very smooth and easygoing for what it is. 180212

Bottled. A red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of berries, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, caramel, spices, and over ripe fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. It pours a lightly unclear, glowing reddish brown body under a dense, small, light beige head. Roasted malts, coffee hints, some dried fruits and a little oxidation. Caramel, roasted notes, some coffee and a touch of dried fruits in the flavor. Lightly spiced too. Full-bodied and dry. Lasting finish. A quite nice Christmas beer, but not a favorite. 120218
