Bottle at home. Pours amber with some a little head. Hints of fruits and toasted malts on the nose. Loads of dried/candied fruits and sweet malts with a lingering aftertaste. Some notes og belgian beer in there. An interesting take on a Norwegian Christmas beer.

Caramel, dried fruits, brown sugar, licorice, hay and hints of spices and lightly roasted malts in the aroma. Brown with a off-white head. Medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with a average to soft carbonation. Overall not a bad attempt on a Christmas brew from Lervig, but perhaps a bit on the boring side.

Brun/röd med litet skum. Doftar och smakar väldigt sött! Inte direkt julig och sämre än väntat

Bottle. I had expected more from this and was a bit disappointed: weak head, sweetish and generic aromas - some hops. Ok but not great.

Gylden brun noe tåkete med lavt beige skum. Karamell, krydder og blomsterlukt. Kompleks med både søte, bitre og syrlige smaker. Godt med kullsyre.

One-year-old beer today. It tastes... mediocre. A bit liquorice-ish. Too sweet. And it tastes... old. Do not store this beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from my Secret Eurosanta, thanks & cheers to you! Hazy brown with an amber glow, mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit. Malty start with a yeasty touch. Herbal hoppy accents and Hints of spices such as clove, cinnamon, star anise. Has a really christmassy feel about it. Good!

Amber-brown about clear body, hoohoo beige-fawn head, poor lacing. Aroma; berries, caramel malts, dusty hops. Taste; medium dark caramel malts, dark fruits, plum peel, prune, anise, faint ginger. Finishes slightly dry, sweet. Feels alright, good body, fine carbonation. Overall fine sweet sipper, to the fruit plate, the nuts or confectionery, maybe even cheese. Bottle from YNWA Beershop, Kolding. 8. December. Pours clear brownish red with a small, creamy beige head that settles as a thin film. Aroma has sweet malts, cherries, plums cake, ginger cardamom, pepper. Medium carbonation, light creamy and fairly dry mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet caramel malts, a bit of chocolate, soft anise, ginger warmth. A tad dusty in the background. Solid if unspectacular.
