On tap at Cardinal. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is butterscotsch, caramel, roasted malt. Flavour is butterscotsch, caramel, roasted malt. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

On tap at Cardinal. Pours a nice small tan head. Deep brown in color. Rich maltyness with caramell and some dark malts. An decent brown ale!

On tap @ Cardinal. Dark brown body with a thin but dense off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, slightly roast and fruit. It has a really nice biscuit malt flavor base with dark caramel, some fruity hops and chocolate. Well balanced malt sweetness and bitterness. Medium to full body, nice bitter aftertaste. This is a really tasty brown ale, like it a lot.

On tap @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark brown with a small tanned head. A rich malty mouthfeel with some smoke in there. Hints of caramel and biscuits with a malty sweetness. The hops somewhat balances it out. The big brother to Lervigs Betty Brown.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark brown with a small creamy tanned head. Aroma of dark caramel, weak flowery hops. Taste is moderate bitter and dry, slightly roasted with some good moderate sweet caramel malts. Nice bitter aftertaste.

Tap at Cardinal 25-05-2011. Clear mahogany with a light brown film. Caramel, tobacco and cat piss on the nose. Bitter, toasted, sweet with notes of caramel and flowers. A hoppy astringent mouth leading to a dry finish. Medium body.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Very dark reddish brown colour, creamy beige head. Woody and ashy aroma, hints of tobacco. The fairly dry flavour has malty and woody notes, roasty notes too. Ashes and medium bitter hops in the finish. Bitter aftertaste.
