3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(33 cl bottle from Irma; BBD: Nov 2nd, 2012) Pours a clear amber with medium, white head. Good lace and retention, lively carbonated. Aroma is a fresh, herbal hoppy goodness. Medium body, oily texture and a dry finish. A very sessionable pale ale but maybe slightly too expensive to compete with the BrewDog lineup available in supermarkets also for 33% less. Girlfriend says: "It reminds me of the Amager Fælled. There’s some elderflower in the aroma and even more in the taste. The bitterness is manageable."

Flaske 0,33l spandert av Rune og delt under seanse i heimen 16 Jun 11. Gylden. OK luftig skum som daler. Sterk aroma av aprikos & annen frukt. Veldig god! Sitrus & appelsinsmak. Litt syrlig bitter ettersmak. Veldig bra butikkøl! Et av de beste i landet.

330ml bottle from Irma Østerport. Deep, golden colour with a dense, small, white head. From the aroma I get citric hops, grapefruits, pines and grasses. The taste is refreshing, lightly bittersweet with fruits and caramel malts. Medium body with soft carbonation, nice and lasting finish with the flavor notes. Taking in consideration this is a just a 4,7% abv. beer, this is really nice. Ignore the backside of the bottle where the label says serve at 4 degrees C. Far to cold.

Bottle. Golden with nice white head. Wonderfull smell of hops. A light, hoppy and refreshing beer unlike most Norwegian shop strenght beers. Piney and floral with a nice slightly bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Great bitterness to it, very hoppy taste and aroma, Fruits as well. Bitter finish, more hoppy than other APAs I have tried. On the downside it feels slick and doesn’t have much of a body. Golden colour, white head. All in all I think this is a great feast by Lervig to make such a beer while keeping the the ABV down (obviously for reasons of Norwegian legislations). (33 cl bottle)
