Avgiftsklasse D. Serveringstemperatur 4° C.
Inspirert av iddisen Whitedog, Hillevaag Sardinfabrik 1908.

Fruity aroma with citrus, hay and yeast. Hazy with pale yellow color, very minimal head. Fizzy and long finish. Slighly bitter. Overall ok beer but the nothing special. This was quite refreshing beverage after a hot sauna.

Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Nose of yeast, banana, peach, citrus, and urinal. Hazy thin yellow, fast-slipping lace. Thin wheaty initial flavor, cardboard, a hint of spice, some lemony notes in mid palate, and a mild dryish finish. Thin body. Not a very interesting wit.

Flaska från Oslo någonstans. Blekgul, disig veteöl åt det något sötare hållet. Överlag stiltypisk.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly soapy, coriander-laden aroma with mildly bready notes and hints of citrus. Mildly bitter and delicately acidic flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty and slightly wheaty base with discreetly fruity notes of citrus, backed by coriander and yeasty spice; slim and rather short, also mildly bitter and slightly mineralic finish. Nothing to seek out for. 23.IV.16
