Drank on tap (10 oz) at the Centropolis brewpub on March 12, 2013. Blonde, thin head. Hoppy aroma of lemon, a little dry. Hop flavor simple but pleasant notes of sweet fruit, very dry, a little bitterness. Even if this brewerie is more for everyday people, at less they will have a idea what an IPA taste like, just a bit!

16.02.2015. On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs, Toronto, Canada. Unclear hazy orange colour with white head. Aromatic hops gives s very fresh beer. Good bitterness with notes of spruce and lemon. Not much flavours of malt. But its ok balanced with both bitterness and alcohol. Good beer.

At the Place Ste-Foy brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a medium foamy slightly off-white (eggshell?) head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of slight pine but really it’s more perfume than anything else. Taste is moderately bitter, never harsh and offers more perfume and soap. Balance is really pointing in bitter direction. Some bubblegum in the finish. Body is light, carbonation medium/medium-high and mouthfeel airy. Bitterness is clean and lingers for a good duration. OK, a run-of-the-mill/average IPA, could use a little body to support itself.

Pint at the Sparks Street location. Cloudy deep amber with a modest white head. Nice citrus hops with a nasty phenolic/yeast note, a little pine and resin, faint caramel malt. Medium body and carbonation. The hop flavour overshadows the yeast nastiness, thankfully, some malt support, moderate bitterness and a decently hoppy finish.

[6973-20141209] Tap. Fragrant yeasty hops aroma. Hazy, orange brown body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Orange peel hops and yeasty toasted grains in the flavour. Medium body. Tasty. (7/3/8/3/15) 3.6

On tap at the Toronto brewpub. Pours a cloudy orangey copper with good-sized rocky white head and a little lace. Aroma is grainy with light citric and piney hops. Flavour is grainy and piney with fruit, a little citrus and caramel. Carbonation on the finer side. Ok.

Draft pour at their brew pub on st Catherine in Montreal. Amber color with a tiny thin white film of head. Kind of warm. Not much on the nose. Carmel and bitter taste. Slightly floral. Not much going on but isn’t hard to drink by any means

Bubble gum flavour meets bitter aftertaste in this low octane IPA. Malts drown out the hops. Slightly sweet with a wooden aftertaste.
