Drank on tap (10 oz) at the Centropolis brewpub on March 12, 2013. Blonde, thin head. Hoppy aroma of lemon, a little dry. Hop flavor simple but pleasant notes of sweet fruit, very dry, a little bitterness. Even if this brewerie is more for everyday people, at less they will have a idea what an IPA taste like, just a bit!

I have yet to find a good IPA in Canada. Need better hops! Bad aroma, may need to clean out the lines at the brewpub

HopsandBolts (201) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 23, 2015
On tap at 3 Brasseurs.

Appearance: clear amber colour with almost a finger of white head.

Aroma: Hops and some citrus.

Flavours: Grapefruit, hops and a hint of pine. Nice!

Mouthfeel: Thinner with moderate carbonation.

Overall: Wasn’t expecting much from 3 Brasseurs but this was a nice IPA with lots of grapefruit and some pine. Very nice!

Draught @ Les 3 Brasseurs, Montreal, QC
Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma had notes of malt, caramel, citrus and grass. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, caramel and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, glowing amber colored beer topped by a dense, off-white, finger-thick head. The aroma has some butterscotch notes, with toffee, pine cones, resins and citrus zest. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, hints of dms, and a nice touch of citrus zest and pine cones. Full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated. Long finish. A decent one, but not all clean. 150612

Ok ipa, bionda scura con schiuma bianca medio persistente. Aroma floreale. Al palato mediamente amara.

"BritIndia" at Les 3 Brasseurs in Lille. Grapefruit aroma. Brown with good beige head. Sweet fruity taste with strong grapefruit notes. Good bitterness comes later, but is lost in the initial fruitiness. Not exactly IPA, maybe some kind of fruit IPA.

(Britindia) Thick cap. Rather sweet for an i.p.a. However, overall interesting beer, but not a typical i.p.a.

On tap at the Old Port location. Grapefruit aroma. A nice balance with cascade and Amarillo hop. Not too strong but one of their better beers.
