(1er avril 2012)

blankboy (5798) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 30, 2012
Draught at the brewpub, Toronto. Pours a clear copper-gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Aroma of floral hops, grain, some light sweetness and a bit of honey. Flavour of grain, light floral hops, sweet malt, honey and the recognizable 3 Brewers yeast. Average bodied. Pretty good, like a light Pale Ale.

I tried this beer on draught on April 27, 2012 at "The 3 Brewers" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was poured a translucent medium gold with a thin white short lived head. The aroma was grainy malt, yeast, floral hops, and grass. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grains and yeast up front, with a citrusy and spicy finish. Another decent beer from The 3 Brewers, but far from stellar

Pint at 3 Brewers in Toronto. Very clear and bright gold with an average somewhat diminishing fizzy white head. Honey and fresh grain sweetness, some pungent floral/grassy bitterness - quite oily, no alcohol. Taste follows, but surprisingly bitter, evens out to a solid balance. Chewy, good body and carbonation, surprisingly lengthy grassy/earthy bitter finish. A tad sweet, but very tasty and easy to drink. *** Develops a nice tangy, sweaty-pungent Belgian fruity yeast character as it warms.

Pale straw coloured brew with a tight white head. The aroma is softly spicy with a fresh sort of grassy note. Very light pilsner malt base and the faintest whiff of sulfur - really, quite lagerish in both aroma and flavour. Lightly grainy but the hops are fresh and noble. There could definitely be more in the way of the hops, but there is a nice balance here. Clean and a little bit crackery. Nice, quaffable session beer.

Sammy (8094) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 22, 2012
UPDATED: APR 26, 2012 A light blond, mostly a malt and signature yeast ,though hops were present: Tettnang, Hatertau. Good drinkability and very sessionable, though overcarbonated. A good patio beer. The Toronto version, "The Hopper" I had was much more hoppy and great drinkability, cleaner. That I would rate a 3.5. Brewers said leaving it an extra 10 days helped. I canot agree more.
