A hazy amber ale with a thin off white head. A classic banana and cloves aroma, a bit off. In mouth, a light and smooth weizen like bananas, a bit pungeant, not bad. On tap at Mondiale 2010.

JoeMcPhee (8188) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 18, 2012
Draught at the Toronto location. Hazy yellow gold pour with a right white head. The aroma has a little bit of clove along with some black pepper. Fairly pronounced ethanol but also some light fruit esters as well. There is a bit of wheat and a touch of orange. It’s a pretty decent strong wheat.

Sammy (8094) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 5, 2012
February special at the Toronto brewpub. Cloudy yellow bodied, with virtually no head. Spicy aroma with white and malt in the background. Above average mouthfeel. Cinnamon and orange peel that transcends the slightly astringent wheat flavour. OK drinkability. Somewhat odd, not much to dress up in this style.

Mondial de la bière Montréal 2010
Aroma creamy mild top with citrus on sides.
Appearance thick, cloudy haze on golden amber. Mid creamy top. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied. Clean front with hint of hop and amber malts. Soft bodied that might be due of unfiltered nature. Drinkable, easy going till end.

May 30, 2011 at 3 Brewers (Toronto). Very hazy bright pale orange with a decent but diminishing white/off-white head, nice lacing. The house yeast shines through - soft, somewhat sweet and spicy floral aroma, a bit more herbal than some, definitely citrus zest to balance out the sweetness some - smells like a witbier with extra citrus. Taste is very refreshing, if a bit sweet - follows the aroma - light peach and wildflower bitterness. Lively mouthfeel, oddly thick, malty and quick finishing, a little spicy tingle in the aftertaste. Liked it.

blankboy (5798) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 6, 2011
Draught at the brewpub, Toronto location. Pours a cloudy golden-orange with an average size diminishing fizzy white head. Aroma of that 3 Brewers yeast foremost followed by citrus fruit, some herbs and light hops. Flavour is yeasty, citrusy and herbal along with some alcohol, a bit of spice, light hops and a light bitter finish. Average bodied. Another solid "Beer of the month" for them and a nice Summer beer.

On tap at restaurant. A nice orangeish wheat ale with a very persistent white head. Tastes of orange, other sweet citrus and coriander. Much more bitter than the other, regular white ale from their selection, also had a nice, bitter lime-flavored finish. I really liked this one.

Strong fresh citrus aroma. Cloudy gold with ddisappearing head. Standard dry wheat beer taste with a wonderful sparkling palate. Really very good.
