Bottle at the Cheeky Monk in Denver. Light golden yellow in color with a nice white head. Lively carbonation, slightly sweet and floral in the nose. Nice floral and bitter hops come through with hints of spice. Nice!

flowery, sweet start which sticks around quite long and comes to a slightly bitter ending. subtle carbonation, slightly hazy yellow-golden colour.

Molto chiara, un po' torbida, poca schiuma bianca fine ma nn troppo persistente.
Come da nome si fa sentire il luppolo ed anche l'alcol...
Decisamente buona, gran corpo, delicata.

On tap at moeder lambic. Pours a cloudy light dull yellow with a white head. Smell is a blend of crisp hops and caramel malt. Bright, fruity and floral. Taste is honey, floral with caramel sweetness - finishes a little dry crisp. Light/medium body with fine carbonation.

Hazy, milky light yellow color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, lemons and yeast. Flavor is yeast, candy sugar, wheat, orange, lemons and coriander. Alcohol is noticeable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Tap. Pours a light hazy yellow with medium head. Aromas of citrus and light hops. Flavors of a sharp hoppy triple with additional citrus notes. Light and crisp.

75 cl bottle from dranken geers in Oostakker. Hazy straw body with a large almost rocky white head. Spicy aroma. Taste is pils malts, nice bitter hops. ****

Draught. Straw yellow, hazy. Nose whaty/light malty, with spices and a bit floral hoppyness. Very delicious.. Body is quite smooth, medium and well bittered. Lovely spiced yeast, pale malts, perfumy touches.. Very balanced, sophisticated, flavour. Long soft finish. Excellent belgian strong.

Goutée dans le cadre d’un beer pairing. La Lupulus Blonde fait un accord parfait avec cette mousse de roquefort et branche de céleri. Combinant fraîcheur, amertume et "sérieux", la préparation met en valeur le côté houblonné de la bière. Les saveurs salées révèlent la texture racée de la Lupulus. Un grand moment !

bottle @ Il campiglio. Bevuta in abbinata con pesce di lago ai ferri. ottima. é universalmente considerata un tripel , ma è difficile inquadrarla. il profumo del luppolo è interessante ma non copre i profumi di agrumi e di lievito. La schiuma è bianca e corposa. il colore un bel giallo opaco. la carbonatazione è soft, ma non manca. il corpo è medio, siomile a quello di una weiss, ma un po’ più denso grazie all’alcol. vi consiglio di provarla col pesce.
