75 cl bottle from Bier Tempel. Poured a light yellowy gold, ever so slightly hazy, massive white head and high apparent carbonation. Lots of sediment. Fresh light aroma, yeasty spice and a citrusy hop. To drink this beer is very soft, drinks well for the abv, dry, a bit wheaty, relatively bitter I guess for a tripel but not especially hoppy which was a bit of a headscratcher given the name. A pleasant beer.

Massive white head. Yellow, lightly hazy. Lot of lacing. Smells herbal and yeasty. Lasting medium carbonation, just right. Balanced taste. Hops, yeast, alcohol, honey. Bitter. Pleasant aftertaste.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2014 Light hazy solid yellow coloured beer with a large pillowy white head fading mediumly offering nice lacings. Noses fruity, light hoppy of citrus, wet grass, hay, green leaves. Light fizzy offering light to medium sweet and light bitter tasting notes. Well balanced and well palatable. The texture is light slick and a medium to full light refreshing and fruity body. The finish is at first thin but then builds in a rather long lasting pleasant mouth feel. Lovely!

(Test: Juli 2013)

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2014 Pours a hazy blonde with a good head and nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma has some pineapple, dry white wine, cheese rind, and bright hoppiness.

The flavor is dry with some of that Brett C Pineapple thing happening, it’s lightly bitter & minerally. It’s got a nice dose of fruit forward and leafy hops.

Sorta weird, but I enjoyed it.
