500ml bottle - mine shared with blankboy and biegaman. Hazy light gold with a fizzy white diminishing head. Thin fruity/lemony aroma - like a slightly broken down mild berliner weisse (7-). Taste is mostly floral and vaguely acidic, not much alcohol or malt. Think body, extremely carbonated, quick finish, dry stinging aftertaste. Ehhh.

500 ml, gush-o-rama upon opening, must have lost 2/3 of the bottle. Pours a hugely sediment-filled orangeish brown with a very thick, bubbly, extremely, or should I say, OVERLY persistent white head. Flavor is metal and water. Maybe a faint touch of banana. No bitterness, or anything. Light body, watery, average carbonation. Very cheap, low quality product. I can tolerate a few bottling bugs, but that is just plain exaggerated. A huge disappointment, especially considering its price.

Bottle [500ml] shared with HogTownHarry & biegaman -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy gold with an average size semi-lasting fizzy white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly sweet and grainy along with some wheat. Mild flavour of wheat, light citrus, grain and ... there’s not much there. Too carbonated. Average bodied. Pretty boring beer.

Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and not much lacing. Aroma consists of light bubblegum notes with some unrefined grain. Taste is also a weird mix between some light fruity bubblegum notes with some unrefined grain. Body is about average with good carbonation. This one is lacking banana ester and the grain bill is also off.

500ml. Pours golden/amber, extremely opaque. Close to no head, but the lace remains. Aroma is close to non-existent -- yeast-led, slight pear. Taste is mainly yeast/leafy hops (where are the grains?), both lacking body and subtility. Slightly citrusy, bitter finale. A little overcarbonated. It might be an infection, as it was somewhat acidic. Expected something close to a DunkelWeizen (it’s rather dark for an Hefe) but it turned out to be close a total disaster. I’ll have to try it again, but at 4,99$, there are some better "dark" hefe weizens out there.

Bouteille 500ml.
