COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Creamy, foamy, fresh hoppy aromas, citrus, pepper and evergreen notes. Velvety caramel smooth mouthful, straight as an arrow… Don’t count on its bitterness to behave; palate invasion is its modus operandi!

(7 janvier 2013)

Orange-brown with off-white head and some lacing. Smell is sweet, hoppy with some fruit and citrus. Palate is medium bodied with some mouth filling small soft carbonation. Taste is all bitter, explodes with bitterness and leaves nothing.

On tap at the brewpub. Earthy hops, sloght spice, the hops are quite weak, just alot of herbs, with a slight touch of pine. Carb, and mouthfeel are fine. Light bitter finish, more earthiness, needs a big C hop blast.

Hazy amber. Phenolic and a little bit woody aroma. Sweetish and caramelly, with hints of mint. Too sweet forcthe style and needs a real blast of hop.

Tap from bdt. Nose is earthy and grassy with some sweet. Up front In mouth some candy sweet. Backed by citrus and some decent bitterness. Pours orange-red with huge lacing.... Maybe most I’ve ever seen. Medium creamy in mouth with good carbonation.

A deep copper, pours a frothy eggshell cap. A hoppy nose consists of fresh leafy greens and floral notes. Pine and citrus meet caramel and rye. Tastes ultra hoppy, with good bitterness. Bublegum and caramel, orange and grapefruit, a bit of pine, Very good overall with good lengthy finish.
