On tap at the brewpub. Hazy pale blond body with a thin white creamy head. Nice, fresh malty/hoppy aroma with coriander and citrusy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, herbal, and citrusy notes. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish. Very enjoyable Witbier.

Tried on tap at BdT although as the last beer of the day so I may have been close to two sheets to the wind. Somewhat hazy pale yellow with an off white head. Wheat, banana, clove, definitely something floral or almost bathroom soap like but not sure if its chamomile or not. Refreshing body and moderate carbonation, mild sweetness, bit dry, would love to have this in the summer for sure.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2012 En fût au BDT. Couleur jaune pâle, mousse blanche. Arôme très floral, un peu d’agrume. En bouche, blé, lavande, très parfumée, herbes. Finale amère pour une blanche, non conventionnelle, excellente.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a medium frothy white top. Aroma is camomile, straw and wheat. Taste is light and fruity with camomile and wheat backbone. Nice and light.
