Des effluves sucrés de vanille et d’agrumes titillent les narines. Douce en bouche, elle s’épanouit sur des notes de poire, de citron et de poivre doux en laissant s’exprimer un levure dses plus belges.

At the brewpub, had a 12oz glass to start. Arrived with a thin white foamy head and has a cloudy golden/light amber appearance. Good lacing. Aromas are of mild citrus and herbal hops, not much malty type aromas. Flavour has a mild yeasty taste, lots of citrus hops, hints of honey sweetness and banana. Notes of pears and coriander. Has medium carbonation mouthfeel, fairly smooth. Pretty good stuff!

Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow with a fair bit of thick white head. Short retention and quite a bit of lace.

Aroma: Floral notes, yeast, cloves.

Flavours: Yeast, lemon, flowers, cloves.

Mouthfeel: Lots of carbonation and an effervescent feel.

Overall: Nice beer with floral notes, some interesting flavours I can’t quite pick out and some nice nuances. This seems to be a lot more Belgian Ale than IPA, at least compared to the IPAs I’m used to. I’m getting lots of yeast and lemon but none of the typical hops or grapefruit notes.

Hazy pale amber pour with a lingering frothy white head. Nose is yeast, pear and pepper with some floral notes. Light honey sweetness supports a medium tartness with a moderate spice. Medium mouth with prickly carbonation and a dry finish. Nice.

Meringue brew to the max! The lofty pillow of a head just doesn’t stop, scents of vanilla, white pepper, cinnamon, coriander, lemon, white bread and flowers waft from this pale straw haze. The flavour is just as deep and interesting and matches to a "T". So crisp and bubbly that it almost hurts to finish this smooth refreshment.

Draught @ the brewpub (6 o’clock). Pours hazy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of malt, fruit and flowers, with notes of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of fruit and pepper and malty touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Quite refreshing and nice.

341ml bottle. Spicy yeasty aroma with peppercorns and lemon zest. Taste of yeast, good amount of herbs, grapefruit zest, a little piney. Ok.

Nice lightly spicy aroma. Golden pour. The nose has pear and soft spicy/fruity hops. Lean bodied and a little bit spicy. Dry finish with a soft bitterness. Has a nice balance. Slightly bready/yeasty finish. Nice beer.

Great floral smell. In mouth it’s full-flavored, floral, hoppy. Dry and bitter but sweet at the same time. Great beer!
