My Bottom Line:
Tropical, citrusy fruitiness shines atop mild resinous hoppiness while making room for the quenching acidity of cranberries.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the hazy pink red.
-The Citra character is perfectly harmonious with the cranberries and their acidity, especially in the aroma.
-Carbonation is quite bubbly and the mouthfeel is appropriately lean. The result is obviously very easy drinking despite the intensity of the flavor profile.
-Bottle-conditioned, this is going to be a super hit.
-I wish more fruit beers were like this one and their Framboyante, marrying the fruit’s character with well-chosen cultivars’.

On tap at Brouhaha.

Very nice. The citrus and cranberry are excellently integrated with floral hops here. A super original beer. Pours cloudy blonde with ok head and lacing. Aroma of citurs, cranberry, Belgian yeast and lots of florals that still come out. Finishes with light sweetness. Great balance. Tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub, cloudy reddish hue, with a small ring of white-pinkyish head, with a mild acidic cranberry, floral leafy, grassy, citrus, spicy hop nose, with a faint green grapefruit, lemon zesty citrus peel note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice flowery tropical fruit, herbal, spicy citrus hoppy character, with some zesty lemon, grapefruit, lime flesh, lemongrass, light acidic cranberry, red berry sour flavours, leading towards a soft acidc cranberry fruitiness, zesty, spicy citrus hop bitterness finish.

On tap at the pub. I enjoyed this beer thoroughly and completely. All of the elements--malt, cranberry sourness, Belgian yeast character, Citra hop finish (bittering was properly restrained)--were in balance. It takes imagination to craft a beer such as this, and it earns my admiration.

Glass at the brew pub. Hazy violent pink with a thin white rim. Vibrant grapefruit and cranberry nose, a little Belgian yeast and light pine/resin. Medium body, moderate, fairly soft effervescence. Tart cranberries, a little resinous hops, light biscuit, some grapefruit, a little different, decent; dry with light astringency and a pleasantly fruity, resinous finish. Interesting.
