My Bottom Line:
Tropical, citrusy fruitiness shines atop mild resinous hoppiness while making room for the quenching acidity of cranberries.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the hazy pink red.
-The Citra character is perfectly harmonious with the cranberries and their acidity, especially in the aroma.
-Carbonation is quite bubbly and the mouthfeel is appropriately lean. The result is obviously very easy drinking despite the intensity of the flavor profile.
-Bottle-conditioned, this is going to be a super hit.
-I wish more fruit beers were like this one and their Framboyante, marrying the fruit’s character with well-chosen cultivars’.

On tap at Brouhaha.

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart cranberry notes with nice cereal notes. Taste is a mix between some nice cranberry notes, with clean cereal notes and very subtle residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Interesting take on the cranberry and more attenuation overall then I am used from this brewer.

Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a slight hazy, light pink-caramel colour with a white-pinky head, average lasting and lacing. Aromas of grassy hops over the mildly sweet fruit and notes of sourness. Nicely balanced taste between the fruitiness, sweetness and sourness. Light taste mouthfeel from the hops, lingering with some decent dryness. A nicely hopped fruit beer.

[Draught at the brewpub. Nov. 11] Pours a deep orange-amber with an average size diminishing frothy white head and some lacing on the glass. Mild aroma of malt, fruit, light vegetal notes and a bit of alcohol. Flavour’s a bit tart and a bit bitter -- it’s an interesting one. I read after that it’s made with cranberries and it makes more sense. Medium bodied. I like it but I don’t love it, it does grow on you though.

On tap @ the brewery. Slightly hazy pinkish with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of red fruits (cranberries) along lemony notes and grassy notes. Taste is of cranberries, acidity from the fruits, lemony notes and herbal notes. Light body. Thin. Moderate carbonation. Decent fruit beer, but no depth or complexity. Kind of boring.

Excellente

Very nice. The citrus and cranberry are excellently integrated with floral hops here. A super original beer. Pours cloudy blonde with ok head and lacing. Aroma of citurs, cranberry, Belgian yeast and lots of florals that still come out. Finishes with light sweetness. Great balance. Tap at brewpub.
