COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Raspbeery beer with telltale aromas of raspberries reminescent of wild beer fields. Initially, the mouth feel is overwhelmingly fruity balanced by a persistent mild tannic finish not unlike biting into berry seeds.

Pours a red-brown with tons of white head. Smell is strongly raspberry, but not much else. Palate is smooth with soft carbonation and light body. Taste is somehow all the sweet and sour characteristics of a raspberry mixed well with a bit of hoppy bitterness and a long hoppy aftertaste. Very interesting.

Tried on tap as a sample at BdT. Fairly vibrant currant with a nice off white head. Mostly sweet raspberry seeds with a slight artificial flavour, some hops, high carbonation, odd body and an aftertaste of rockets (the Halloween candy that you never wanted to eat as a child).

On tap at the brewpub. Nice eqrthy hops in the nose, with a sloghtly tart, fresh berry aroma. Light bitterness, the fruit seems to cut the hops. And the earthiness mingles well with the tart berries. Interesting, but it works!

Sampled from Lilihel’s glass at the pub (enjoying a camel burger with it). Pours an amber-purple colour with an off-white head that is creamy, with tiny bubble carbonation. Aromas of fresh raspberry, on the mild side, with notes of perfume. The mouthfeel is creamy. The raspberries are not as pronounced in the taste. Just a little tarty and not really sweet. This one does become much better as it warms up.

Slightly hszy reddish-brown. Both raspberries and spicy hops on the nose. The fruit lends accent to that earthy pale. Good balance and these flavours are surprisingly effective together.

Draft at brewpub. Lovely deep rosy blush. Aroma is fun, and not at all candylike. Lots of pure berry. As promised, i do taste the seeds too. Healthy and natural amount of perfume. Well done fruit beer that suffers no flaws. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample tray. Dirty raspberry amber color with raspberry fields and honey scent. Flavour is sweet lightly tart with fresh fruit flavour not syrupy or cloying.

On tap at Brouhaha, amber-reddish hue, with a beige head, nice raspberry puréed, jam, earthy red berry nose, with a light raspberry jelly candyish, raspberry jello note, with a subtle tartness berry, faint hop leafiness accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a good harvesting earthy fresh raspberry character, with a faint iron-like berry fruitiness, light flowery tabacco leafiness, grassy hop backbone, with a hint raw minty herb, leading towards an earthy raspberry fruitiness, lingering leafy, grassy hop bittering finish.

(Draught) At the brewpub. Very flavorful, bright, strong raspberry that starts sweet and journeys into tart and sour. Great body but minor phenolic. All in all one of the best fruit beers I’ve tried outside lambic. Fantastic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A deep and hazed crimson with a fluffy pink cap that laces well. Nose is all out raspberry warfare with quite a bit of hop presence, with some other mixed fruit. Tastes of fresh raspberries, other mixed berries, fresh pungent hops. Finish is very dry and bitter. Like I just ate fresh raspberries. Very good. I think the touch of sour made this beer for me.
