2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 gramity (601) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 15, 2011
A deep chestnut pour with a finger of off white foam. Nutty nose is also earthy with toffee and caramel malts, a bit toasty too. Tastes of sweet malty nuts, caramel, sbrown sugar, with a nice dose of hops to balance the sweetness.

Drought at Les Brassuers du Temps, Gatineau on 6 July 2011. Reddish-brown color, off-white foamy big head, hops aroma, strong hoppy taste, mild carbonation, long hoppy finish. Good despite the strong hops influence.

draught at the brewery. amber-reddish with a little head, no retention. i get a little bit of caramel notes, still malty enough with some toasted nuts. light bodied, average carbonation. little bit boring but a big hoppy citrusy finish reminds us that this is not a regular ’’red commercial beer’’.
