Bouteille-Le contenu a giclé en ouvrant la bouteille. Doré un peu trouble. Peu d’odeur, peu de goût, peu d’intérêt.

Cloudy, plenty of carbonation, apple compote with white top. Flat apple fruity aroma , sugar , ripe nose . Light , thin bodied , alcoholic apple brew . Harsh finish .

Bottle gushed upon opening. Poured all foam (fizzy, white) but quickly settled to a murky yellow w/ chunky sediment. Apple vinegar aroma. Juicy, soda pop feel. Stale, bland apple juice flavour. Thought it was infected but turns out they were trying for a gueuze.

Exploded out of bottle! Golden in colour, quite hazy, almost opaque with crap. Thcik white head. Compost aroma, of active earth and of worms (that was in the apple of the tree of knowledge?). In mout, bready malt, with light sweetness, with beginning of burned rubber. Sad.
