Les Petits Fruits Léger Blanc de Brome

Dry white wine and apples in the nose. Clear. Very pale. Still. Dry white wine made from apples rather than grapes Not at all sweet nor tart. Dry without astringency. No puckering. This may be a fine table wine and may indeed pair up well with variuos foods but for drinking without accompaniment, it’s rather plain and un-ciderlike. Bottle (sampled at Mondial 2004).

(Bottle) Mondial de la Bière 2004. Very transparent. Dry white wine nose. Very watery with the slightest hints of apples and alcohol. Poor offering.
