Strong alcohol, lemon and apples in the nose. Clear yellow and very viscous. Coats the glass nicely. Papery apples and booze. Nice mouthfeel but the alcohol burns. Bottle (sampled at Mondial 2004).

(Bottle) Mondial de la Bière 2004. Light viscosity. Rubbing alcohol nose with apples. Sharp, tart finish after an initial sweet alcoholic taste. Its like breathing fire!
