Pours a hazy honey, with a small wispy head. Aroma includes notes of citrus, yeast, and coriander. Tasting notes include lemon sourness, tart fruit, salt, apple peel, and some yeasty funk to round it all out. My second Gose, and this is much better than the first one I had. LTM never lets me down!

I had reservations about this beer, due to its low ABV. Man was I wrong, never have I tasted quite a brew. Poured an unfiltered dark straw with no head. Aroma was of apple, basement, citrus, and coriander. Tasted of salty, sour lemons and apple. Had a medium body with a nice tart, sour tinglyness on the tongue. Was also fizzy with a dry sweetness near the end. My first Gose and it didn’t let me down.

What’s good for the Gose is good for this Gander. I gulped this great Gose greedily! Hazy dark straw it be, no head to be spoken of. An aroma I have not whiffed the like of in my time; apple, honey, wheat, white wine and light dank. I have had Sours before but never a Gose, the saltiness is a welcome addition to the sour, sweet, citrus, caramel and spicy flavour going on. I can only describe the mouthfeel as very fizzy salt water. A great new beer for me!

375 ml bottle. Pours a very light and mildly hazy yellow with a huge meringue-like white head, although short-lived. Aromas are bubblegum, yeast, lemon, and pepper. Tastes are primarily salt and lemon. Light on the palate with a medium length salty finish. I can see how this beer would be dangerous on a hot summer day. At 3.8% abv you could easily drink eleventeen of these things.

Bottle. Pours hazy light golden with almost no head at all. Nose has wheat, light tartness and some spices. Taste is salty, sweet, sour with grains. Nice balance between the sweetness and sourness. Really good!
