Bottle. Golden, light hazy. Wheaty malts, dried apricots, limestone, faint tropicality on nose. Med bodied, quite full actually for the abv, dryish, malty with a salty lick. Some meadowy florals, wheat. Nice one. A bit different. Has some sweetness, and the salts of course. Enjoyable.

Lightly hazy gold, thin to no head. Nose is light lemon/lime, some sweaty corriander, lightly crackery malt. Flavor follows, more heavily lemon than lime, wheat & slightly doughy. A bit of salt/brine and corriander in the wheaty finish, limey .

bottle - 375ml i believe. ok well now i’m confused about this style. only 2nd gose i’ve had. this poured a clear gold with big head that disappears fast. very heavily carbonated. aroma is weak malts, quite sour and some hops. taste is again extremely carbonated. but it’s very bitter and dry, quite hoppy and citrussy. i liked this.

Bottle.Lightly hazed gold with a fine white head. Salty coriander in the nose, as promised. Minerally and herbal oyster shell saltiness with fruity touches of lime juice in the nose. Medium body, creamy and soft carbonation, acidic, off-dry and salty in the mouth with a delicate cushion of fine natural carbonation. While there’s little to the malt experience, it’s pleasantly earthy and herbal and dry and bitter and the bottle conditioning elevates the experience, but the coriander becomes fatiguing after it warms and opens and a green bell pepper character emerges.

Bottle from brewery shared with family in law , thanks Guillaume. Aroma: lemon, sea salt, coriander, wheat, German yeast. App: hazy yellow-whiteish, small white head. Taste and palate: light body, light sourness, salty finish. Overall: not bad for the style but definitely not something I enjoy drinking without pairing it.

12oz bottle pours hazy pale prange with tiny head. Nose is lime, lemon, grapefruit, touch of straw and cereal. Taste is tart medium low acidity with nice juicy lime, lemon, light lacto cheese, and some fruity cereal grain. Finish is tart citrus, grapefruit, touch of bitterness, some lime, and some General Mills cereal malt. Pleasant.
