3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a murky medium gold with a ring of white bubbles, no lace. Aroma a little tart, wheat, lemon, coriander, some orange and a little funky, salty or even sulfurous (?) character for an undertone. On the palate, light lactic sort of sourness or tartness frames a wheat malt core, dried coriander, soft orange peel notes in the centre of the palate before that fades back to lactic. Salt character is quite minimal. Light mouthfeel with almost no carb. Kind of between a not-very-sour Berliner and a gose to me. Not terribly complex but a light, fairly refreshing sort of sipper.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Saison-like spice, peppercorn, coriander, green fruit stones and a touch of salt. Lots of stuff going on here, all in harmony and at just 3.8% abv the beer it not nearly of being watery. An excellent table beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
375mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out lightly tart wheat notes, citrus, and maybe a hint of salt. Flavour is citric, with lightly tart wheat notes. Not getting any of the salt really. Very highly drinkable, with tart wheaty notes dominating. I enjoyed this much more than the average rating. Excellent beer.

Cloudy blond color with almost no head. Very nice sour aroma, pungent but delicate, fruity, plums; fresh. Well carbonated, soft mouthfeel; lightly fruity and wisely salted. Very low bitterness.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an intensely bubbling murky apple juice. Head is absent. Strong sour nose with lots of apples. Touch of spicy lemonade. Taste is lactic and very sour with lots of citrus, grapes and apples upfront. Some salty flavors. The taste fades into malty grains and a light hoppy bitterness in the end. This is a unique and refreshing tasty beer. Interesting experiment!

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Swampy pale yellow, below average head. Sediment. Aroma has lemon peel, pepper, funk. Taste adds a lot of lemon, orange, coriander, and salt. Salt isn’t overpowering. Not sold on the whole gose thing, but this seems a pretty drinkable interpretation.
