I’m not quite sure what to compare this to, so I’ll compare it to a typical Belgian gueuze lambic. Draft at barhop. The aroma is full and authentic, with honey and lemon in the aroma. The palate is a bit more shallow than a Belgian, but the taste is full.

Very light and drinkable. Aroma is grassy with citrus which totaly matches the taste plus a little salty note. Not very dry finish, which I liked.
