375ml bottle. Pours a hazy cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that disappeared quickly. On the nose light peach, mineral notes, underripe plum, wet concrete Belgian yeast notes, with quite a bit white grapefruit juice. Now, the taste. Starts with acidic white grapefruit, yeast, black pepper, up front that salt stays hidden. THEN, into some malt, and then the salt opens up and ventures into a strange saltine cracker taste that kind of dominates over the acidity, but then settles down into a pleasant lemon juice note. I know it’s supposed to be salty. I know. I just don’t like it. Salt + yeast = crackers. I like everything else that’s going on, but I’m going to have to chalk this one up as a style I’m just not a fan of.

Bottle from French e-shop A bit dark and mainly golden color, slightly hazy, white fizzy head that dissipates very fast. Looks are lambic alike. Aroma is much different, no funkiness, just a heap of coriander(lemon, lemongrass) with a lactic tartness and some sweet hay(light color base malt). Taste is nice light lactic tartness, berry notes, salinity notes with a herbal/hoppy finish. Aftertaste is salty and tart with reminiscent of tart citric fruits. Medium body, medium carbonation, slick texture. A very nice brew but nothing extraordinary.

375 ml bottle from the singles cooler at Grapevine. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a 3 finger head. Nose of wheat, lemon and white pepper. Refreshing flavor with a touch of lemon. Nicely light on the palate with a slightly salty finish. Reminds me of the Westbrook without the sour tinge. As far as I am concerned, a nice Gose - so think I shall go get some more.

11.2 ounce bottle purchased at The Davis Beer Shoppe. The aroma on this is loaded with coriander and a little sea saltiness is also there. It also has a bit of a commercial Canada Dry Ginger Ale sort of character, too. Transparent golden body with a medium, relatively quickly dissipating white head present. Starts with some coriander and herbal spiciness. Becomes a bit salty in the middle. Again, I get some ginger ale flavors towards the finish. This is a pretty straight-forward Gose. Nothing mind-blowing, but just really solid and enjoyable.
