Two months ago I’d never heard of the style; now this is my third. Received in trade from tom10101. Merci Tommy! Hazy golden-brown with some sediment at the bottom. Some nice depth of flavour with this one, although the aroma is quite mild. The salt is apparent and effective, and the same can be said for the wheat. The salt also thickens the body.

Bottle [341ml] shared with HogTownHarry at Volo. Pours a cloudy copper-gold with a small lasting frothy white head. Interesting aroma is fruity and salty along with some sourness and herbs. Citrusy flavour, a bit sour, along with herbs & spices and yes, some salt. Lots of flavour for 3.8%. Average bodied. Like I said, it’s certainly an interesting beer and it’s also very good.

341ml bottle shared with blankboy at Volo. Cloudy orange-gold with a small diminishing off-white head. Aroma - lovely, sour mash grain, no alcohol, salty and funky, definitely lactic with some green fruit, maybe apricot. Taste follows but saltier and even better. Solid body, light acidity and carbonation, tart salty finish. So good.

Major thanks to Tommy for sending me this! Cloudy yellow pour, with light white head. Smell is sour with lots gof lemon and salt. Taste is a nice hit of salt up front, some lemon, and some herbal. Very refreshing.

gold pour, tiny head, good carbonation. More lemon than salt in the aroma and flavour - probably a good replacement for lemonade. Quite tart and flavourful.

Very decent gose, my lateral gose tasting. Light, lemony, the salt is unobtrusive here making it a little like a summer saison. Light yellow bodied.

Bottle from Rapido. Pours a hazy pale orange with a bit of white head that dissipates and rings quite quickly. Smell is quite tart with some definite salt, lots of citrus, and a bit of underlying fruitiness. Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with a bit lacking carbonation. Taste is slightly sweet and sour at first, then gets a huge crest of sourness with the aftertaste being slightly sour, slightly bitter, and just a hint of salt. Quite complex flavour, though I find a bit too sour for the style. I’d still drink a ton of these.

341 ml. bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Gorgeous bottle design much like their other labels. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Lightly sour taste with lemon zest, apples, flowers, sweetish yeast, lime juice, light fruits and restrained lactic character. Finish carries clear saltiness which if I understand correctly should not be tasted in a correct traditional example with the salt lending a mineral touch but no actual salty taste as here. Body feels surprisingly full for the ABV, soft white bread feel. Rather quaint beer but in a nice way.
