Bottle: Pours slightly hazy, very pale yellow with a a tiny white ring. Bright, salty lemon/lime aroma. Taste is nicely salted.....citrus, a lot of lime...... Light, but plenty of flavor. A nice one.

Bottle. Lactic lemon-lime malt, salt, and straw aroma. Medium yellow with small head. Salty sweet lemon-lime, malt, and light straw flavor. Body on the light side. Very pleasant. To paraphrase Travlr "The Best Canadian Gose I’ve ever had".

Very nice, super easy drinking beer. Aroma is to style, but on the mild side. Actually the rest of beer is like that- to style, but understated. And body is a maybe a hair thin. Very good though, still.

Aroma is lemon/citrus and a hint of sour funk. The flavor is lemons, fruit, lacto and a mix of wheat and sourish in the finish.

This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a subtle crisp dried looking orange to yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a one finger white foamy head that dissipated fairly quickly. There wasn’t any lacing. The smell started off with a big burst of lemon, lime and citrus rind. The taste, pretty much, copied the smell. It had a light tartness about it along with the sourness as well and had a dry sweet citrus to semi-tart aftertaste running into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a big sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good and low, and got slightly sticky in the feel. Overall, I liked it for me, but don’t necessarily see it as a gose as it was pretty weak on the "salt" flavor. In fact, I didn’t get any "salt" in it, maybe its a Berliner weisse or I just had it too late in the year. I’d have again if I knew it was fresher.

Tap at WVRST. Near clear amber, head brief. Both the aroma and flavour’s beautifully sour - it’s a fruity and fresh kind of sourness. Dryish palate. Wouldn’t say salty - if so, it’s minuscule. Light, nearly no carbonation, but not saying watery. Refreshing. I like it, I really do.

From WLVL. Not too much salt, that is so important. Nicely spiced, and tart and freshing. Slightly sour but not too puckery. Quite nice stuff. Service bottle
