Bottle from brewery shared with family in law , thanks Guillaume. Aroma: lemon, sea salt, coriander, wheat, German yeast. App: hazy yellow-whiteish, small white head. Taste and palate: light body, light sourness, salty finish. Overall: not bad for the style but definitely not something I enjoy drinking without pairing it.

12oz bottle pours hazy pale prange with tiny head. Nose is lime, lemon, grapefruit, touch of straw and cereal. Taste is tart medium low acidity with nice juicy lime, lemon, light lacto cheese, and some fruity cereal grain. Finish is tart citrus, grapefruit, touch of bitterness, some lime, and some General Mills cereal malt. Pleasant.

Pours cloudy gold with a short, short-lived white head, no lacing. (3/5) Nose is muted wheat, lemon, and salt, faint coriander, slightly sour. (7/10) Taste is mild sweet and bitter, moderate sour, mild salt. (7/10) Light body, low carbonation, moderate tart slightly salty finish. (4/5) Light and easy to drink, with just a little salt that works well with the mild tart sourness. Could be nice as a palate cleanser during a meal, or just as a nice summer afternoon beer on the deck. (14/20)

Pours a murky medium gold with a ring of white bubbles, no lace. Aroma a little tart, wheat, lemon, coriander, some orange and a little funky, salty or even sulfurous (?) character for an undertone. On the palate, light lactic sort of sourness or tartness frames a wheat malt core, dried coriander, soft orange peel notes in the centre of the palate before that fades back to lactic. Salt character is quite minimal. Light mouthfeel with almost no carb. Kind of between a not-very-sour Berliner and a gose to me. Not terribly complex but a light, fairly refreshing sort of sipper.

BOTTLE 37,5CL. Saison-like spice, peppercorn, coriander, green fruit stones and a touch of salt. Lots of stuff going on here, all in harmony and at just 3.8% abv the beer it not nearly of being watery. An excellent table beer.

375mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out lightly tart wheat notes, citrus, and maybe a hint of salt. Flavour is citric, with lightly tart wheat notes. Not getting any of the salt really. Very highly drinkable, with tart wheaty notes dominating. I enjoyed this much more than the average rating. Excellent beer.
