hazy pale straw, thin white ring. Fresh Paint-nose, lemon-line soda effervescence and minerality. Soft front palate is watery, light rice and salt mid with crackery malt, more lemon-lime soda. Effervescent, thin bodied and spritzy. Refreshing but too sweet, not delicate or integrated enough of satisfy gose qualifications. Fans of gin and tonics need apply..

Très bonne biére acidulée. Raffraichissante. Faible en alcool. Définitivement à reprendre.

A hugely fruity nose, like apricots and apple. In the mouth it’s still fruity but backed by a good grain flavor. A touch of sour and a lot of kiwi fruit. That’s it, it tastes like a kiwi fruit.

Pours a cloudy grapefruit color with energetic carbonation. Briny / lemony nose. Tart, citrusy taste with salty finish. A touch of wheat-like sweetness. Crisp, slightly bitter finish. An excellent, drinkable example.

Refrigerated 11.5 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is nice brine, light/medium body, low carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is nice light brine and tart lemon malt. Crushable.

Visual: Pours almost clear pale orange (SRM=8), smallish 2mm dissipating micro head, spread out steady large bubble streams. Nose: lemon curd, lemon perfume. (lvl-3)-pungency Attack: crisp-incoming tart Mid-palate: puckery-tart, lemon curd, (lvl-4-sweetness), light sweet wheat malt, a touch salty Finish: tingly soft sour subdued mild funk, coriander dry finish. Summary: Quite a bit of character for such a low ABV beer. Good balanced sour mouthfeel, decent tingly body.

On tap at barVolo, Toronto. Pours a clouded deep gold with a white head. Aroma makes me think of SweetTarts candy. Light tart wheaty flavor, bright touch of candy. Not bad.

375ml bottle from 100 beers. Slightly hazy bright orange-golden with a one-finger white head. The aroma is salty, a little soapy, with coriander and wheat. The flavor is quite nice, with lemon, spice, wheat, and a restrained tartness. Very crisp feel, with a drying saltiness and lively carbonation. Long finish. Solid and enjoyable.

Tap à Harricana. Effervescent, très amère. Finale en décroissance fantastique. Première fois pour ce genre de bière pour moi. Intéressant.

I’m not quite sure what to compare this to, so I’ll compare it to a typical Belgian gueuze lambic. Draft at barhop. The aroma is full and authentic, with honey and lemon in the aroma. The palate is a bit more shallow than a Belgian, but the taste is full.
