J’ai vraiment adoré cette bière. Sa légèreté,son acidité et son bon goût de citron et de coriandre en font d’elle une très bonne bière pour l’été.

This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a subtle crisp dried looking orange to yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a one finger white foamy head that dissipated fairly quickly. There wasn’t any lacing. The smell started off with a big burst of lemon, lime and citrus rind. The taste, pretty much, copied the smell. It had a light tartness about it along with the sourness as well and had a dry sweet citrus to semi-tart aftertaste running into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a big sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good and low, and got slightly sticky in the feel. Overall, I liked it for me, but don’t necessarily see it as a gose as it was pretty weak on the "salt" flavor. In fact, I didn’t get any "salt" in it, maybe its a Berliner weisse or I just had it too late in the year. I’d have again if I knew it was fresher.

Tap at WVRST. Near clear amber, head brief. Both the aroma and flavour’s beautifully sour - it’s a fruity and fresh kind of sourness. Dryish palate. Wouldn’t say salty - if so, it’s minuscule. Light, nearly no carbonation, but not saying watery. Refreshing. I like it, I really do.

From WLVL. Not too much salt, that is so important. Nicely spiced, and tart and freshing. Slightly sour but not too puckery. Quite nice stuff. Service bottle

Petite biere qui rapelle l’odeur saline du bas du fleuve. Biere legere qui serait bonne a boire une journée fraiche et ensoleillé a gaspé. Saveur douce et acidulé mais qui maque légerement de profondeur.

Pours slightly hazed pale yellow into a snifter. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Summer fruit and heather aromas. Dry with sweet sourdough and hay upfront turning coriander and yeast in the medium length finish.

I found this in Madison. A nice gose. Plenty of nice coriander and salt which is as it should be. Citrus brought some tart fruitiness. A little maltiness and wheat. I liked it.

341ml bottle from Monde des Bières.
Appearance : Pale shiny yellow with small white head. Head retention is rather short.
Aroma : Crisp citrusy notes with lots of malt and wheat. Pillowy cereals. Bready and lemony with a pinch of salt.
Taste : Citrusy and tart with malt, wheat and salt. Finish pretty malty with lots of wheat and light salt. Nice lingering tartness on finish with nice chewy cereals.
Palate : Quite soft carbonation. Fairly thin palate but quite to-style. Cereals are adding a fair amount of body which is nice.
Overall : Great beer. It feels like they cut back on the salt compared to earlier versions I’ve had. Very refreshing, quaffable. Nice balance between tartness, grains and salt. Elegant and definitely something I’d buy again.
