Broue_Neault (157), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Dec 22, 2004 Reddish colour, almost no head. Hoppy aroma, malty, woody and hoppy taste. Just a hint of hemp fIavour. Bitter finish. An ok beer.
sstackho (249), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 24, 2008 12oz bottle purchased as a mixed 6-pack from Jovi in Gatineau. Pours a clear dark red with a bit of head, but little lacing. Decent malty aroma. First taste is smooth. In other words, not all that much to it. Some maltiness in the flavour. Not too much to write about for this one.
robinvboyer (998), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jun 1, 2008 slightly spicy aroma, some caramel malt also. A decent malty flavour, but overall its thin, and i dont tatse any difference with the hemp. EnSiFeRuM (265), Quebec, Canada May 25, 2008 Bouteille de 341 ml. GregClow (2332), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 30, 2008 Bottle from trip to Montreal. Clear dark amber with an absolutely massive light mocha head. Aroma of toasted rye bread and honey with mild hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Pleasant flavour - bready malt, mild honey, slightly hopped finish with a faint sour note (mild infection? maybe, but it works, so I’m not going to knock any points because of it.) Not too bad. kev26 (23), Canada Apr 3, 2008 La couleur ce situe entre les bière rousse et les brune. L’doeur est plutot agréable. Le goût par contre est plutot ordinaire.
