Bottle to tulip Aroma of satsuma, yeast, horse blanket, and pepper. Colour is a sludgy reddish brown with a long lasting bubbly white head. The taste is a bit syrupy sweet with a late sourness and yeastiness. Each of those flavours are independent, experienced one at a time. It's medium bodied, but thick.

Bottle from Marché Omni with a production date of 01/2013. Pours a hazy amber colour with a creamy-foamy light beige cap, great retention and lots of soapy spotted lace. Also written on front label "amber ale", under "Pale Ale Américaine". Beautiful fruity nose with some plums, raisins, and nuts. Quite malty with good quality malts. Slick and smooth, nice mouthfeel. The taste is good balance between the hoppy dryness and some roasted and caramel malts. This is quite a well-blended amber beer, à-la-American Pale Ale.

4/07/2011: Les Trois Mousquetaries Americaine Pale Ale... Aroma: Toasted grains, honey, citrus hops. Appearance: Cloudy red-orange color; frothy, bubbly off-white/dull beige head. Flavor: Honey sweet malt with some dry grass and modly alfalfa; soapy perfume hops; really dry finish like cardboard. Palate: Medium body; nice mouthfeel. Overall: Hops frist, roasty later.

Les Trois Mousquetaires, 5 % blonde, orangé, beau petit collet, foin, fruité, agrume, sens très domestique, fruit de la passion, bonne amertume, fin houblon, pamplemousse, délicat, finale amère, rafraichissante.

375 ml bottle. Pours a hazy, yellow with some sediment and a large white pillowy head. Aromas are ripe fruit (pear, apple), some citrus and pepper. Taste is grainy malt up front with a peppery, rye-like bitterness on the back end. Medium body and carbonation, decent astringent bite on a medium finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Notes of apricot, dried fruit and grass. Malt forward, creamy and fruity. Tastes like an old pale ale despite being relatively fresh, an interesting beer but not typical of its style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bouteille 750 ml, 5%, Peluso. Rousse orangée brumeuse avec 1 doigt de mousse qui disparait sous peu. Odeur agrumes et caramel. Gout pamplemousse et caramel. Carbonation moyenne. Le houblon plus présent que le malt. Très bonne. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
